What data we collect

When you email us (e.g. info@, support@, or business@procrex.com), we process your email address and the content of your message in order to respond to your query. We do not currently use contact forms, user accounts, or first-party tracking cookies on this website.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you contact us voluntarily, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to enquiries.

Cookies and affiliate links

This website does not itself set tracking cookies. When you click an affiliate link to Amazon, Amazon may place a cookie on your device to attribute the referral. This is governed by Amazon's own privacy policy.

Hosting and processors

This website is hosted via Netlify and its source code is managed via GitHub. Both providers may process technical data (such as IP address and access time) as part of standard server logs.

Retention period

We retain email correspondence no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry, with a maximum of 2 years, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
